How We Work
Request
We ask what you have observed. Tell us what you saw, which room it was in, and when you noticed it. We use a visual inspection to check those locations and nearby routes. Identification comes before treatment; an unidentified insect needs a closer look before we choose the work.
Assess
We explain the findings and write down the treatment, monitoring, or exclusion needed. We also identify blocked areas. A locked room, packed closet, or inaccessible opening can limit what we can inspect. We tell you what needs clearing and arrange the next step around that access.
Recommend
Before treatment, we give you preparation instructions and explain any limits on using the treated area. The pest, the affected area, and the access needed change the amount of work. Our pest control cost guide explains those factors.

Mosquito Control

Termite Inspection and Control
We inspect accessible wood and foundation areas for termite activity and damage. We record what we find, where we inspected, and which areas we could not reach. Your inspection report separates visible findings from areas that need further access. When treatment is needed, we explain where the work will take place.
What Local Properties Need
North Charleston has thousands of homes built in the 2000s and 2010s. We inspect newer homes for accessible gaps around utility lines, door edges, and vents, just as we inspect older homes. A construction date does not show us whether an opening is present. We check the building itself.
Hanahan and Mount Pleasant also have substantial numbers of homes from those decades. At each property, we check accessible connections between the house, attached garage, and outdoor areas. We follow visible evidence and record openings that need exclusion. If stored belongings cover the area we need to inspect, we identify what needs moving before we return to that spot.
