An unidentified insect needs identification before we choose a treatment. A suspected rodent opening needs an entry inspection before we plan exclusion work. We examine the affected area and nearby places where pests may feed, shelter, or travel. What we find directs the work we propose.

We start with your household observations. We check the rooms, furniture, or exterior areas connected to those observations. We visually inspect for insects, droppings, gnaw marks, damaged material, and openings. We record the location of the evidence and explain what it tells us.

When we need more information, we use monitoring to check activity. We explain where we place monitors and what we will check when we return. For exclusion work, we identify openings and describe how we will close them. When we apply a pesticide, we follow its label for application and storage. We give you the preparation and access instructions that apply to the work.

We write down the pest identified, the areas inspected, and the work we propose. A bed bug job may include furniture inspection and treatment of identified hiding places. A rodent job may include monitoring and closing confirmed entry points. We name those tasks separately so you can see what each part of the job covers.

We also record inspection limits. If stored belongings block a wall or a locked room prevents access, we name the area we could not inspect. We explain what needs to move or open before we can examine it. An inaccessible area remains uninspected; we do not describe it as clear.

We plan around room access, furniture placement, yard access, and the areas where we find activity. Before a bed bug visit, we provide preparation instructions tied to the inspection or treatment. Before exterior work, we check the property boundary and access to the affected areas.

For mosquito control, we assess the yard and check places that hold water or provide shelter. For termite work, we examine accessible areas and record findings in an inspection report.
